I just stumbled upon this July 2008 report ‘Understanding Knowledge Management – A Parachute Consulting Guide,’ which contains a number of case studies from across the public sector including a few that were close to my heart.
I know the report is well meaning but with just a quick glance two fragments in the narrative make my toes curl:
a realisation that Knowledge Management (KM for short) was and is a misunderstood discipline that is often made unnecessarily complicated
