
Congratulations to Cognitive Edge, it is good to see in the just published Annual Report for 2010 that they are still growing stronger and stronger and that SenseMaker is becoming a much more important part of their business.
If you look at page 17 you will see details of the project I worked on with Narrate for a major Pharmaceutical Company which has a result of our efforts:
now produced a communications plan that takes into account the real, not assumed, concerns of sales reps, uses real material to inform and illuminate sales practices and provides a baseline for future work.
It is still a paradox that organisations don’t come flocking for this approach while all the practitioners and satisfied clients now can’t imagine it would be any where near as useful if it were done in any other way.
