I have been amusing myself recently by trying to find the cynefin framework in unusual places you can see some of my finds on Pinterest here

The picture below however is different as for me it illustrates how the boundary between the complex domain and the complicated (more ordered) domain is rarely linear and how order in nature can be emergent and resemble man-made order.

If only the path had been hexagonal blocks my Christmas would have been complete.
